2007 Online Shopping Survey
For the third year, Allurent conducted a post holiday survey of consumers to better understand their online shopping behavior and attitudes towards online retailers. The survey revealed that as consumers are buying more online, their expectations are also on the rise: 67% of consumers said their expectations about the quality of their online shopping experience have increased since 2006.
